If something isn’t right, we offer returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the terms below. 1. Return and Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective items (e.g., damaged, misprinted) and non-defective items (e.g., wrong size, changed mind), provided the products are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Exchanges are also available if the desired item is in stock. To start a return or exchange, email us with your order number and reason within this 30-day window.
2. Return Process
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and obtaining a shipping label, unless the item is defective. Pack the item securely, include the original packaging, and send it to us after the return request is approved. Once we receive and inspect the return (typically within 7 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of receipt.
3. Refunds for Defective Products
If your item arrives defective, we’ll cover the full cost. You can choose either a full refund (including original shipping fees) or a free replacement. If you opt for a replacement and it’s in stock, we’ll ship it at no cost to you. If it’s out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund after receiving the defective item back.
4. Refunds and Exchanges for Non-Defective Products
For non-defective returns, you’ll receive a refund for the item price, minus the original shipping cost ($5.95 for US, $9.95 for international). If you’d like an exchange, return the original item, and we’ll send the new one if available. Exchanges are limited to the same product type (e.g., t-shirts for t-shirts, hoodies for hoodies). If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund after receiving the return. Note: For exchanges of non-defective items to a different style or design, a 30% restocking fee applies to cover processing costs.
5.Customer Responsibilities
You’re responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item reaches us in its original condition. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we’re not liable for lost returns. For defective items, we’ll reimburse reasonable shipping costs upon receipt, including proof of postage with your return.
6. Processing Timeline
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of approval. Refunds hit your account within 7 days, though bank processing may add a few extra days. Exchanges ship within 1-3 business days of receipt, subject to availability.
