This Shipping Policy outlines our handling times, transit times, costs, and other important details to help you know what to expect when you shop with us. 1. Order Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). This is the time it takes us to prepare your items, package them securely, and hand them over to our shipping partners. For example, if you place an order on Monday, it will typically be shipped out between Tuesday and Wednesday. During peak seasons or sales, handling may lean toward the longer end of this range, but we’ll always work to keep delays minimal.
2. Transit Times
Once your order ships, transit time depends on your location:
  • United States: Orders within the US typically arrive in 4-6 business days after shipping. This means most customers receive their items within 5-9 business days from the order date, combining handling and transit.
  • International: For orders outside the US, transit takes 7-14 business days after shipping, depending on your country and customs processes. Total delivery time is usually 8-17 business days from the order date.
Please note that “business days” exclude weekends and public holidays. Delays may occur due to weather, customs clearance for international orders, or carrier issues, which are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
We keep our shipping rates straightforward:
  • United States: $5.95 flat rate per order, no matter how many items you buy.
  • International: $9.95 flat rate per order, regardless of quantity.
These rates help us cover the cost of reliable shipping while keeping your shopping experience affordable. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Shipping Process
Once your order is packed, we’ll provide a tracking number via email (check your spam folder if you don’t see it). We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, or international postal services, depending on your location. You can use the tracking number to monitor your package’s journey. Note that international shipments may experience additional delays during customs processing, and any duties or taxes are your responsibility as the buyer.
5. Delivery Expectations
For US orders, expect delivery within a week to just over a week from the time you order. For international orders, plan for up to three weeks, though many arrive sooner. If your package doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe (e.g., 9 business days for US, 17 for international), contact us at support@tigishirt.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, let us know within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if needed, send a replacement or issue a refund.
